Henry Milligan was great lover of art, a talented painter and art
collector. He was the founder of the Canton Art Institute and its
Honorary President.
Milligan served as Chairman of the Board of the Republic Stamping and
Enameling Company. He was one of the founders of the Republic
Stamping firm which was organized in 1905. He had also been
formerly associated with La Lance & Grosjean Company of New York,
