| John Maskey was born in South Texas. He currently resides outside of Comfort, Texas. The artist, who has been a full time professional artist since 1977, trained formally at the Hunter School of Art in San Antonio. He has studied additionally with nationally prominent watercolorists including Millard Sheets, John Pike, Robert E Wood, Zoltan Szabo, Charles Reid and Edgar Whitney. Maskey enters numerous invitational shows yearly and is represented by galleries throughout the Southwest. He has (showing 500 of 935 characters). |
