The following information was provided in July of 2006 by the artist's great granddaughter: Artist who studied at the Corcoran Art School (under Messer, Brooke & Critcher) and The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (under Breckenridge, Beaux, Carlson), also under Charles Hawthorne in Provincetown.
She lived and worked for the bulk of her career in Norfolk, Virginia where she painting portraits, murals and taught classes in her studio.
