| Louisa P. Merritt was born in Massachusetts in 1858. Merritt lived in Minot, MA from the late 1890s until moving to Pasadena in 1912. She was active in southern California until 1919 and then returned to her native state. Her rare works indicate travel to Bermuda. Member: Copley Society.
