Malcolm McVickar was born in Tuxedo Park, New York, in 1915. He attended Harvard University and was graduated from Columbia School of Business in 1938. He studied with Anzonella K. McVickar, Zoltan Szabo, Julius Delbos, George Post, Richard Yip, Christopher Schink, Barbara Irvine, and Jerry Stitt.
During WWII he commanded several minesweepers in the Atlantic, Pacific and Far East, retiring as a Lieutenant USNR. He was a real estate broker, and held various industrial positions over a 40 (showing 500 of 2240 characters). |
