Born in Ohio, he grew up near Cleveland, in a muscial and creative family. McKee graduated with honors from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and went into business with his friend MacAnderson, designing and creating inspirational and motivational wall decor. He left Successories afer serving 15 years as a creative director to concentrate on his fine art.
