| | Painter, etcher. Born in Toronto, Canada on Sept. 17, 1883. Milburn worked as a jeweler in Canada until 1918 when he moved to Los Angeles. After becoming wealthy in the oil and homebuilding industries, he began studying art at the Chouinard and Otis Institutes. He later studied abroad and exhibited locally. He died in Los Angeles on Dec. 14, 1932. Exh: Laguna Beach AA; San Diego Art Guild; Santa Monica AA; Calif.
