Paul Matranga was my grandmother' s uncle. He was born Paul Joseph Matranga in New York City in 1905. His parents were Angelo Matranga and Providenza Di Modica both Sicilian immigrants who came to this country in 1900 and 1901. They moved to Baltimore sometime between 1905-1910.
Paul married Ruth Baker. The two later moved to Clearwater, Florida. The two had 3 children one of whom is still alive living in Florida. |
