| Philip H. Myers continues the tradition of understanding Plein Air Painting. Mr. Myers studied at the Art Students League in New York City from 1945 to 1952 under Reginald Marsh, Sidney Dickenson and Robert Brachman. He did portraiture in association with Cortland Butterfield in New York and Pennsylvania from 1959 to 1970. In his early years, he devoted most of his work to portrait painting. His commissions included Vice President Hubert Humphrey, Sonny Jergensen of the W (showing 500 of 1045 characters). |
