| Ralph Fullerton Mocine was born in Gardiner, OR on April 1, 1875. Mocine moved to Los Angeles in 1903. After studying at the Mark Hopkins Art Institute and Academie Julian in Paris, he returned to Los Angeles in 1907. He exhibited locally and worked in commercial art until his death on Nov. 29, 1953.
