| Rosalie H. Manning was born in Boston, MA in 1897. Manning studied at the Boston Museum School, Art Students Leaguein New York City under Luis Mora and Solon Borglum, and the Art Institute of Chicago. By 1920 she had moved to San Francisco where she studied at the California School of Fine Arts and was active with the Women Artists.
Exhibited: Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, 1922-30; Art Institute of Chicago, 1925, 1927.
