|  Royden Martin was born in Carmel Valley, CA on April 22, 1913. Martin studied at the CSFA and with George Seideneck. His forte was landscapes of the Monterey area in oil, watercolor, and pastel. He died at Stanford University Hospital on Aug. 25, 1979.
