Stanley Matthew Mitruk was born in Chicago, Illinois, January 22, 1922. He studied at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, 1941 through 1942, and at Jane Addams Hull House as a private student of Julio De Diego in 1943. He worked for the Chicago Art Institute Museum, first in the print department, then designing installations in the Photogr (showing 500 of 1944 characters). |
