Biography from Kiechel Fine Art:
| Thomas L. McKenney (1785-1859) and James Hall (1793-1868) are best known for their portfolio of Indian portraits titled History of the American Indian Tribes of North America, printed from 1837-1844. These prints document the many great leaders of the Indian nations that have disappeared in the course of American history.
