Biography from The Marshall - LeKAE Gallery:
Tony Milici is a mixed media sculptor who combines elements of rock, marble and steel with glass to create pieces that he intends to be dynamic and thought provoking. He uses contrasting textures of polished, sculpted and faceted glass to bring forth a natural movement in form and dimension. With a background in lighting, Tony feels glass is the perfect canvas for light. "It increases the emotional and visual impact of my work."

Milici had created monumental public pieces that have been credited with elevating glass to a new plateau as a public art form. "By expanding the potential and application of glass, it becomes part of the architectural character around it". He uses this philosophy of combining form with function in his creation of glass doors and windows, chandeliers, waterfalls and furniture.

Milici collaborates with architects and designers on private commissions and sculpture for public and corporate spaces. "I work closely with my clients to understand and satisfy their needs and desires to create unique, beautiful works of art."
