 Lucien
Neuquelman began studying at the Art School of Toulon. He went on to
meet Othon Friez of whom he became a pupil. In 1930 he went to Paris
where he both worked and studied.
Neuquelman enjoyed painting landscapes and views of Paris and Brittany.
