| Born in New Haven Connecticut, Ray Nolin has been living as an artist in Provincetown, Massachusetts in the 1980s, 90s, and into the 21st century. He works in oil, pastel, charcoal and mono printing and also does collage and printing collaboratively under the pseudonym J. Lawbed with James Lombard. He has exhibited extensively in Provincetown as well as the Provincetown Art Association where he is in the permanent collection.
