The following information was submitted in December of 2006 by Robert Savage: Ruth Nettleton was born in Oklahoma and moved to New England in the 1920's. She eventually settled in Rockport, MA where she also had her studio. She was a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and studied under John Enser.
She was represented by galleries in Massachusetts, Oklahoma, Virginia and Maryland. She won awards in juried exhibitions in Massachusetts, Texas,and Oklahoma. She was a lon (showing 500 of 857 characters). |
