Frequenting the So Ho section of New York City, she travels from her home in Newtown, Connecticut to photograph city scenes that she then converts to meticulous drawings and then paintings in her studio.
She studied at Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia, the Art Students League of New York and Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven. She is a signature member of the National Watercolor Society.
