Biography from AskART:
Born in Germany on Aug. 16, 1873. Adele Meyer moved to San Diego in 1920 and for 44 years was the principal of Garfield Elementary School. A widow, she died in San Diego on Aug. 28, 1964. Exh: San Diego FA Gallery, 1927.
