| Caleb O'Connor studied art at The Maryland Institute, College of Art in Baltimore, Maryland.
The artist uses oil painting to convey his strong feelings on a subject. He also will only paint subjects that he feels he knows well. "When I paint a person it is an exploration of who that person is. In a lot of ways, the painting is coming out of them- I'm visually unfolding the figure onto a blank canvas."
