This biography from the Archives of AskART:
| In 1985, he left a teaching career to become a full-time wildlife artist. His childhood was spent on a ranch in Saskatchewan, Canada, and he showed early artistic talent as well as interest in animals. He received his education at the University of Saskatchewan and then taught junior high school in Alberta. Today he has a strong market for his prints and has won Ducks Unlimited Stamp competitions. He is known for depicting unlikely species together such as red squirrels and toads or children and chipmunks. |
