The following, submitted January 2006, is from Mike B. Ozonoff, son of the artist.
My mother began taking art lessons in her 50's, having had no
training or art activity until that time. Educated as a
primary school teacher, she had been a homemaker until that time.
She painted until she retired at about age 85.
Her initial art education was with Miss Emily Groom at Milwaukee
StateTeachers College, now the University of Wiscon (showing 500 of 1867 characters). |
