| Justin Otzel, an emerging artist in Provincetown, Massachusetts, studied at Housatonic College where he took drawing from Ronald Abbey.
At a recent (2009) first juried exhibition in Easthampton, Connecticut at the Goodlander Gallery, he won best in category (oil). He also exhibited at Titos Gallery, Provincetown (2007).
Commissions include Provincetown Elementary School lobby mural (30 feet long).
