Ruth L. Osgood was born in Mpls., MN and died in Alexandria, VA (Washington, DC suburb) in 1977. She was active in the Washington, DC area from 1912-1954 and in CA circa 1954. She studied at the Corcoran School of Art in DC and at the ASL of NY. She was a member of the the Society of Washington Artists, Washington WCCC and Mpls. PS & G Society. |
