| | Born in Teignmouth, England on May 19, 1902. By the late 1920s Onn had moved to southern California and settled in Long Beach. During the 1930s he was active there with the Spectrum Club while employed by the WPA. He later lived in Las Vegas, NV until his demise on Dec. 12, 1989.
