A resident of Lexington, Kentucky, this Polish-born artist received his Masters Degree (Summa cum Laude) from the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. Arabian horses were his first subjects. In the late 80's, he developed a love of the Thoroughbred with racing scenes as well as portrayals of hunting dogs, cattle and wildlife. The subject of numerous articles and the winner of many awards, Pater and his wife have become U.S (showing 500 of 3783 characters). |
