Biography from AskART:
| | Born in Lynn, MA on Jan. 31, 1905. Prunier studied at Massachusetts Normal Art School and Washington State Teachers College. After settling in Los Angeles in 1928, he further studied at the ASL and with Stanton Macdonald-Wright. During the 1930s he was active with the Federal Art Project. Under their auspices, he painted a mural in the Ruth Home School in El Monte with Frank Bowers. He died in Anaheim, CA on Oct. 12, 1973. Exh: Carlsbad Hotel, 1948; Coronado AA, 1951; San Diego Co. Fair, 1952. Murals: Hayward Hotel, Sunkist Bldg, Coast Grinding Co.
