| | Born in San Francisco, CA on Aug. 6, 1885. Mrs. Pringle was a resident of San Francisco and Alameda during the 1920s. During that time she worked as an insurance agent and in her leisure painted scenes of the City as well as landscapes of Mill Valley, Calistoga and Yosemite. Mentally disturbed, she was confined to the Napa State Hospital and died there on June 26, 1935. She was the sister of artist Victor Hemphill. Member: SF Women Artists.
