Biography from AskART:
Born in Colorado on May 31, 1906. Pitt settled in San Francisco in 1927. His suicide there by barbiturate poisoning was on Dec. 2, 1954. Member: Calif. Society of Etchers. Exh: SFAA, 1935, 1937; Oakland Art Gallery, 1930s.
