| Doris Pade was born in Chicago, IL in 1911. During the 1930s Pade was a student at Otis Art Institute in Los Angeles where she met her husband-to-be Jim Stacy. After her marriage, she moved to Savannah, GA in 1936. She died there on April 14, 2011.
