Henry Boller Pancoast, Jr. (Henry Pancoast) was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1876. He was a painter of the impressionist style whose work is often mistakenly ascribed to another noted American artist, Morris Hall Pancoast.
Although little is known about Henry Pancoast, he appears to have lived in Philadelphia and Cornwells, Pennsylvania. He studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and Drexel Institute in Philadelphia. Also, he exhibited regularly at the Pennsylvania Acad (showing 500 of 1562 characters). |
