A graduate with a B.A. from the School of Visual Arts in New York City,
Joseph Paquet also studied four years with John Philip Osborne at the
Ridgewood Art Institute in New Jersey. From him, he learned
methods of Frank DuMond, emphasizing principles of color progression.
Paquet moved to Minnesota in 1996 to teach at the Minnesota River
School in Burnsville before co-founding the Hurinenko & Paquet
Studio in St. Paul.
