Joseph S. Perrin was the head of the Georgia State College Art Department in the 1960s. He was known as Joe Perrin and lived in the small town of Clarkston, Georgia.
His style was abstract, solid color, linear designs using variation of width and color. His paintings are in the High Museum in Atlanta, the Coca Cola Collection and the Mead Collection.
