| A native of California, Linda J. Parkinson has been painting animals and portraits since childhood. She is an honors graduate in animal sciences from the University of Maryland. Her post-graduate studies in wildlife at Humboldt State University involved Linda in wildlife rehabilitation and education, which inspired her transition to wildlife art.
