| A painter, pastelist and etcher, Mary Peckham born in California on May 11, 1896. Peckham studied at the CSFA in the 1920s. A spinster and lifelong resident of San Francisco, she died there on Aug. 29, 1959.
Her subjects included floral still lifes and landscapes of northern California,
Exhibition venues were the San Francisco Art Association, 1927-1929; San Francisco Women Artists, 1931; San Francisco Museum of Art Inaugural, 1935. Mary Peckham was a member of the Society of California Pioneers.
