| Minnie Ella Hubbard Parks was born in New York on June 26, 1871. Minnie married traveling salesman, William P. Parks in the late 1880s and was based in Chicago. She studied in San Francisco at the School of Design in 1893 and exhibited with the local art association.
During 1916-19 she lived in Seattle, WA and then returned in San Francisco. She died there on Oct. 8, 1938. Her works include landscapes and coastal scenes similar to those by Bertha Stringer Lee.
