Born in Alaska on Oct. 17, 1916. Partch studied at the Chouinard Art Institute and worked for Disney Studios. He died in Los Angeles on Aug. 10, 1984. Exh: Glendale Public Library, 1956; Press Club (Anaheim), 1959.
