| | Born in Lewistown, IL on Dec. 6, 1873. Palmer studied at the AIC, and, after settling in Laguna Beach, with Anna Hills and George Brandriff. She was active with the Laguna Beach Art Ass'n during the 1920s and 1930s. She died in Sioux City, IA in June 1969. Exh: Laguna Beach Art Gallery, 1930s; Calif.
