This biography from the Archives of AskART:
| Self-taught artist Bob Quick specializes in western landscape and wild life scenes. A trained engineer and avid photographer, Quick began working with pastels in 1986. His attention to detail and his techniques give his paintings an almost photo-realist effect.
Quick has won numerous awards including the Grand Prize at the 1991 Arts for the Parks competition.
Bob Quick resides in Sedona, Arizona.
