| | Born in Massachusetts on April 15, 1867. Bertha was the wife of Timothy Raymond, and by 1894 had settled in Alameda where her husband ran a grocery. In 1911 she was listed in the local city directory as an artist and was active there until 1925. She died in Los Angeles on Feb. 3, 1946. | Source:
