This biography from the Archives of AskART:
Born in Boston, MA on April 20, 1885. Caroline was the wife of artist Paul Rohland. She studied at the Boston Museum School, ASL of NYC, and with Andrew Dasburg. She had homes in New York and Sierra Madre, CA until 1953. Exh: Rehn Gallery (NYC), 1935; Woodstock (NY) AA; Virginia Museum, 1941; New Mexico Museum, 1944, 1945; NAD, 1945, 1946; Sierra Madre Arts Guild, 1948. Murals: Bunkie (LA), Sylvania (GA), Fulton (NY) U.S. Post Offices. In: Library of Congress; New Mexico Museum; Whitney Museum (NYC); Honolulu Academy of Art.
