years of oil painting. He was born October 10, 1930 in the area
of St. Louis, Missouri. Charles's family included father Milton,
Mother Lena and brother Robert. The family including his father,
Milton, mother Lena, and brother, Robert, moved in 1938 to Ste.
Genevieve, Missouri where he graduated from school and lived and worked
until 1976.
