| Christopher Scott Richards grew up in Issaquah, Washington, just outside Seattle. His first exposure to glassblowing was as a child, on frequent trips to Cannon Beach, Oregon, where his Aunt and Uncle Sally and Bill Worcester, owned a glass studio and gallery.
