Former Evans City Resident Charles Ripper Painted Wildlife on Colorful Postage Stamps The colorful wildlife stamps are now on sale at the post office here and across the nation are selling extremely well. Previously, Ripper painted the 1980 four-stamp Coral Reef block for the U. S (showing 500 of 1625 characters). |
