| Clayton Rippey was born April 24, 1923, La Grande, Oregon. He majored in music at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois (1941-42) and served in the Armed Services from 1943-45. Majoring in fine art, he received his B.A. in 1947 and his M.A., 1949 at Stanford University, California. Post-Graduate work includes: Instituto Allende, Mexico, 1956; San Jose State University, Ca., 1953; College of the Pacific, Ca., 1959; and other workshops. Rippey has traveled through the Continental United Stat (showing 500 of 4312 characters). |
