A painter of landscapes, flower studies and portraits, Dell Michelson Rindy studied at the Art Institute in Chicago and taught at Yankton College, South Dakota. She was also very active in the Madison Art Association and the Madison Art Guild. She lived on a farm near Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin.
