| Born in New York on Aug. 13, 1913. While a resident of San Francisco in the 1930s, "Lala" Rivol worked for the WPA for whom she did 33 color lithos of petroglyphs found in California and Nevada. Her married names were Hopkins and Zuehlsdorff. She died in San Diego, CA on Feb. 14, 1996.
