Ferruccio Rotini ( Florence , 1893 - Livorno , 1964 ) was an Italian painter. He studied at the Accademia delle Belle Arti in Florence, also becoming the teacher. Its roots were naturally Macchiaioli, or anti-academic. He painted mainly from the forties onwards, with a strong post-Impressionist vein.
His paintings are steeped in naturalism and seek above all landscape themes or scenes from everyday life. The countryside is frequently the setting for his paintings, painte (showing 500 of 748 characters). |
