| | Born in Berkeley, CA on Dec. 2, 1887. Randall earned a B.S. degree from UC Berkeley in 1910. After settling in Ventura, CA in 1923, he became a wealthy automobile distributor whose illustrations of Indian and western subjects appeared in such national publications as Westways and Desert Magazine. He died in Ventura on Oct. 6, 1941.
